We have everything needed to host a show.
Sacred Ally was born in the Spring of 2005.
It was the union of Tyler Gregg, Collin Wo and Jason Oliynk that
formed the early stages of the band.
Soon afterwards Bassist Erik Smistad, Keyboardist Pamela Porosky and
Vocalist John Chaisson joined the
band and thus became the first incarnation of Sacred Ally.
A short period of time afterwards Vernon Thompson would replace John on vocals.
This would be the "classic lineup".
Their first show was on Halloween night as part of the Bandwarz competition.
Unsure of what to expect, they tore through the competition and
arrived at the finals.
This final show also marked the departure of keyboardist Pamela Porosky.
Even though Sacred Ally lost their original member they still
completed the competition and came out as champions.
Later that fall, Erik Smistad would decide to leave the band and Pete
Klassen was offered the spot as bassist.
This would be the current lineup.
In the spring of 2007 Sacred Ally would enter Night Deposit studio
for 3 days strait and record
their long awaited ep "Balls Deep in Metal".
June 30th 2007 would mark the release date of the Ep.
During the Summer Original member Jason Oliynyk would leave the band
and pursue other interests.
Mutual friend Tom Ryan was offered the position of drums.
5 days prior to Tom's debut show, he became critially ill and was hospitalized.
Jason was asked to fill in for the show which he accepted.
After the show, Tom opted out of Sacred Ally due to health complications and
Jason returned to his rightful spot behind the drums.
Nearly 3 years old, Sacred Ally is a serious contender in the metal scene.
Just you wait and see!
